Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to open a formal ticket about this, but I'm VERY interested to get a solution to this bug. I want to promote Sametime in my company. Sharing simple screen prints is a basic function that should be working. I'm holding back until this is fixed. It's a hard enough sell without this setback.
